What the form collects

Your name, email, optional phone, organization, role and the project details you enter. The submission also includes its source domain, a timestamp and a request reference.

Where the request goes

The form sends the request to the shared portfolio intake in Google Firebase for Our Landmen LLC. The operating team's configured notification process may also copy submission details to gerald@ourlandmen.com and gwardlandman@gmail.com.

Keep the first request brief

Please do not send contracts, settlement statements or confidential documents through this form. The purpose is to start a conversation. Further information and any selected disclosure need a separate agreed process.

Use and retention

We use your request to consider and respond to the opportunity you describe. We have not set a fixed retention period. Requests remain stored until deleted. Contact Our Landmen LLC if you want to request deletion.
