Our role

We help define requirements, investigate supply and site questions, and bring selected counterparties together. The supplier and buyer work toward their own agreement. Any engagement with Our Landmen LLC is agreed separately.

Our starting point

Texas is our initial focus. A supply can be stranded, surplus or already marketed. The useful question is whether that supply, a workable site and a buyer's requirements fit together.

Records support the conversation.

Public records can help identify places to investigate. They do not establish available gas, a seller's authority or control of a site. Those facts need current information from the parties involved.
